50 Journalists and fact checkers from 14 Arab states participated over 4 months in Edit and Verify intensive labs, whose first round took place between Mai and July and its second round between July and September.
The trainers in the two labs were the lecturer in digital media Ahmed Esmat, ARIJ community manager Samya Ayish, and AFP fact-checking team Joyce Hanna and Josette Abi Tamer.
The trainees worked on 50 fact-checking projects that detect information disorder aspects in a number of Arab countries.
